This did not come close to being the correct size for our toshiba sattelite. I did not return as for the price paid and the cost of shipping (shipping considerabley more than cord) It did not seen worth my time and effort ship back.

The one on the picture says “replacement charger” and a two-ended plug. The adapter that I received says “CLEAR MAX” instead and has 3-ended electric plug. My adapter stopped working after two months of careful and infrequent use.

I bought it as a third charger, so I could move with the laptop around the house without moving a charger. I am pretty adept with electronic gadgets and used to fix them in the past when they were more expensive, that is to say that I know how to handle them carefully without breaking. This adapter/charger worked fine for under 2 months and then stopped working. I am sure I didn’t handle it in any way that would cause breaking. I have my two other original Toshiba charges for a long time – one for 2 years and another for 5 years and they both work just fine. Apparently this charger has a flawed design if it breaks that fast. And yes, as mentioned by others, it is visibly different from the original Toshiba charger.

If you want a TWO PRONG PLUG, then do not buy this product! It is NOT as pictured, and has a THREE PRONG PLUG.

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product I received. The charger fits very loosely into the back of my computer and falls out on a semi-regular basis, which causes my laptop to shut off immediately. The plug that goes into the AC adapter from the wall started falling apart almost as soon as it arrived. I’ll never buy from this company again.
