    The product information for this item did not include the voltage. As a result, the adapter was not compatible with the laptop.

    Bogus Company sent the wrong adapter, used, without packaging, and wrong wattage. Beware false advertising. This is NOT a DV6000 adapter.

    It stops working withing 30 minutes after I pluged first time so I think its not worth to buy it again from this wendor. So be careful or you will experience it. . .

    I was forced into buying a new adapter when my HP adapter died. I originally bought a replacement HP adapter at Best Buy and spent about eighty dollars. After I found this one on Amazon I immediately returned the one to Best Buy and ordered this. I am more than happy with my decision. It is great quality for a great price. The cord is a bit short but luckily I can still use the one from my old adapter.

    The laptop charger works rather well so far for my HP DV6000, at least as far as I’ve noticed in the past couple days of owning it. I received mine within 2 days of ordering it, which was absolutely fantastic.

    The cons? Like another review said, the charger cord is a little short but definitely manageable. I also noticed that the charger gets a little warm even if it’s just plugged into the wall but not into my laptop. It gets VERY hot after an hour or two of use.
