I would like to buy a new windows 7 laptop, but the mayority of them are windows 7 preinstalled or preloaded. Can anyone tell me what this means? Thanks alot.
Preloaded means they image Windows 7 onto it. You wont get a Windows 7 disk and it comes ready to go when you open it up
It means the computer comes with Windows 7.
