The store sent this item quickly. I thought I ordered the wrong cd. It actually worked very well after I swiped my computer clean and it installed very well. The owner emailed me to make sure I had the right one and was willing to replace it if it was wrong. I had to apologize for the 4 stars I gave him. He truely deserved a 5. I just need an activation code now.

okay i bought 2 dell reinstall disk for backups but only one disk made it to my front door the seller got 3 stars for POOR SHIPPING but the item gets 5 stars for the best disk for reinstalling windows XP i can’t figure out why didn’t the seller just put both disk in the same package its be-un-me but although great item for any PC but the shipping SUCKS. . . . . . .

i havent had to use the disk yet i bought it because the laptop i purchased did not come wit any software better safe then sorry if i need it down the road

This company has a great service. This set of disks include all of the original drivers in the correct order. If you need to format and reload, these guys make it a piece of cake. The machine just hauls butt when everything is correct with no BS ware.
