Do not buy this product if you use Kaspersky Internet Security – they are not compatible!

Software continually tells me that it has stopped access to harmful web sites – that’s good. I asked the company to tell me which programs on my machine are causing this to happen – no answer from WebRoot. Poor customer support.

I suspect they don’t have any idea which program on my machine is causing the window to show up, but it makes their product appear to be doing something useful.

Also on Windows 7, 64 bit, it hangs up and stops all access to the Internet.

I use Spysweeper on two desktops and one laptop, this software is great for removing items you pick up from surfing the net. This software finds spyware and other items that norton didn’t even detect. Overall a great product.
