READ FIRST: *NOTE: This is a raw video file and there are some A/V problems. after all this is over 20 years ago and it was an old tape! This clip is from the apple 1984 Shareholders meeting. the meeting took place 1/24/1984 which also introduced the Macintosh Computer, the Lisa 2, The lisa 2/5, and the Lisa 2/10.

    Wow! I remember this ad!

    I was in it–look for the handsome guy in a business suit carrying a Lisa computer at 2:49.

    The photographer took about 100 stills that day, then used just a half-dozen, and of my backside, no less. Sigh…

    I was in Corporate Accounts in SoCal, calling on the Fortune 1000 corporations. Boy, trying to get them to switch from IBM was like pulling teeth.

    But I loved the Lisa, a very advanced OS that would seem familiar to anyone today, 25 years later…
