NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of some top computer companies were mixed at the close of trading: Apple Inc rose $1.49 or .6 percent, to $232.39. Dell Inc fell $.03 or .2 percent, to $14.96. Hewlett Packard fell $.45 or .8 percent, to $52.97. IBM fell $.67 or .5 percent, to $128.59. Lexmark fell $.08 or .2 percent, to $35.50.

Taiwan design house files complaint against Apple
