This would actually make a great TV commercial, especially now that Windows Vista has been released and there seems to be some disappointment with it....

I remember some time ago I were searching for a cool screensaver for Tiger, and I ran across a screensaver that made an animation similar to this movie, it was just for Leopard, because it uses core animation.
Now that I’ve upgraded to Leopard, I want that screensaver, but I don’t know where to get it.
    If someone knows, reply.

Yes, it is a loop that is in Garageband, which is part of iLife that comes installed on every Mac, actually the exact location in Garageband is the Jingles category, Cinematic loops, and the name of the track or loop is called Elysium, hope it helps.

Anybody know where or what song this is?

Nope. Macs come with no music built in, unless you count the 20 different beeps as music and the startup bong as music, although thats in ROM so you can’t get it.

Windows’ animation is all scripted, while Core Animation is generated almost like a sandbox. Another great feature from Apple.

Its called silverlight, but it is NOT similar to Core Animation. It is a competitor to flash, a web based interactive animation engine thingy. WPF is not silverlight either, silverlight is stripped down, works in web browsers and multiple platforms, while WPF is windows only, and has nothing to do with browsers.

This is a video for core animation. Vista has platform called Windows Presentation Foundation. Check out some WPF videos to see the applications people have created.
